I live in the Algarve in Portugal. Mostly I photograph people and wildlife and try to capture scenes that intrigue, suggest stories, evoke feelings or call for interpretation, and I try to include some humour. I also photograph landscapes with the aim of capturing the subtle play of light and colour. Rather than setting out with a preconceived idea about the sort of photos I want to make, I prefer to explore what presents itself.
