I'm an anthropologist and a photographer currently living in the Algarve in Portugal. My main interest is capturing scenes that intrigue, suggest stories, evoke feelings or call for interpretation. I am fascinated by the play of light and possibilities that photography offers in creatively working with light and colour. Rather than setting out with a preconceived idea about the sort of photos I want to make, I prefer to explore what presents itself. Much of the interpretation takes place afterwards, in the post-processing.
